NATUA jewellery is carefully packed and sent from New Zealand. Shipping charges are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are added automatically at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier and customs, and is not guaranteed. Tracking details will be included when available. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing the order.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in NATUA’s product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can also add delivery time.
Delivery problems
If an order arrives damaged, the wrong item is delivered, or tracking shows an unexpected problem, please email natuajewel@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the parcel and item. We will help investigate and arrange the appropriate next step.
